I saw Bob Dylan in Blackbush in 1977(ish) and then again at Earls Court, around the same time. Both concerts were magical.I saw him again a couple of years ago when he was touring with Van Morrison. Van was brilliant but I was soooo dissapointed in Bob's set. I think it could have been the venue or something. I couldn't hear properly and for me, what is really great about Bob Dylan, is the words. There are few occasions in my life where I have felt so dissappointed.
Back to the discussion - I always thought that line 'I gave her my heart, but she wanted my soul' was great. Hasn't there been another thread recently where people (of both sexes) have been talking about ex-partners who have demanded 'souls' when all that was on offer was 'hearts'?.....
