I always feel pretty down after a festival - and having returned at sparrowfat this morning from Towersey, where a much-loved friend was in need of a lot of TLC, I'm feeling lower than usual.
But, for me, the best way to shake off the black dog is to remember the material you heard and liked and make a point of learning it; and remembering the harmonies, the techniques and whatever you came across and putting them into practice
I certainhly made a hell of a racket in the shower this morning when I got back to London (God knows what the neighbours made of it, but the cat looked pretty startled!)
