basically you put your tongue behind your top teeth and make the following noises very quietly:-

single = te or de
double = te-ge, or de-ge
triple = te-ge-te, or de-ge-de

flutter is more difficult basically you make a noise like a telephone ringing (rrrrrrrrrr) but do it silently while blowing into the whistle..... the flute player in Jethro tull did a lot of this......
