Offloaded the ginormous tent I bought a couple of years ago onto my daughter and son in law, so there's a bit more room in the shed to get at the rest of the camping gear now.

The little bedroom is finished, all bar the curtain rail, and so i have made that into Freya's room. The bookshelves from the landing are now in there with the children's books unpacked thereon. I have another bedroom full of craft rubbish (ie rusty pastry cutters and other salt dough related tools) plus stuff I'm not sure what to do with yet...but I'm getting there. The kitchen needs another coat of paint (this afternoon) and then that's done.
The loft hatch, which I had left hanging open for days, while I had the ladder down, fell off when I tried to close it up last weekend. It was MDF, and the screws were rather short. That's another thing for Peter to fix before the end of the week. He's then going on to another similar job for 2 weeks, before returning to do the hall, stairs and landing. This will give me a chance to do some more desperately needed sorting out. I have to tackle the front garden at some time too.

I'm off to the Eurogathering in Iceland at the start of May, so maybe he can get all the work done while I am away.
