IN THE BEGINNING God said "Let there be Maine!" There was a surge of power as the cosmos shaped itself. When all had settled God looked upon His handiwork and declared it perfect in every way.

A nearby cherub asked what was next and God replied that now that he had achieved perfection he would have to create a universe in which to place it. And so, the rest of the universe was created.
