You are too beautiful to just ignore,
Yet too young to ask more than your sweet smile.
What can I say, to show that you restore
The joy to late nights, and my thoughts beguile?
Can words begin to tell the gentle thrill
That flash of your eyes gives the night? Can page
Hold how you make me feel? Your bright looks fill
This crowded room, and make me forget age.
Yet, should I bother to tell of the powers
You hold in glance? Perhaps you know how much
Smile gives, but would you want me to spend hours
Trying to find out what might your dreams touch?
Thought of you dreams allow, but should I let
Sight of a dream all of Reason upset?
