Oh, and as for disposables BBQ's, Noooo! Proper BBQ's are the only way to go for camping - our diddy camping Barby kept us warm all evening in chilly Herefordshire. Jeeze was it cold too, I'm amazed the apple blossom even made a show this year! Brrr.. For Veggies, veggie Barbies can be fabulous eating too. I like marinated asparagus, courgettes (sliced longways), peppers, portobello mushrooms (work as burgers in soft buttered buns), halloumi (greek cheese that holds it's shape when grilled), tofu (great with oriental flavourings), quorn sausages, pitta breads, slices of butternut squash... Not tried aubergine yet.
