It sure is. I googled Ross Trawlers and have ascertained some of the history of the company and trawlers but failed to find what happened to the fleet when they disbanded. Thanks for that. The song was actually written for Jane from information provided by her on her childhood... with a bit of artistic (if you can call it that) ..licence.
