Another one who had IT was Bob Kotta..often mentioned at mudcat. He is on our tugboat CD singing with Mariide...and people just kept coming up to me at folklife and saying how great it was to hear him again (because he died a number of years ago). Now, if you hear him on the CD and didn't know him, I don't know if this will come across or not..you will hear a very good singer of course, and a great jaunty song..but there was just so much more..sheer delight in singing is one factor.
