Michelle, whatever you can manage this week will be more than enough. Have you had the last treatment? What a relief!

Happy dance here this evening! The new telly will arrive tomorrow. I'll have to move the old one from that room, a cathode ray tube set that weighs a ton. It'll go in a different room and one of the sets at the low end of the pecking order will leave the house. Possibly on the same day. I'll see if I can package it with the converter box for a garage sale, but I doubt it. (I have an eBay item that has a couple of bids, but that's something very small, easy to ship. TVs can only be disposed of at garage sales, in my opinion. I wouldn't waste the time with an ad in the paper or even Craig's list. Maybe I could restart my Free Cycle membership and someone would take it from that group?)

In other matters: I'm sure I'll go through squishy times as my kids move further away. I paid for a round trip ticket to Tucson this evening - for one. I'm sending him out there on his own. I'll take him to the airport, and pick him up. He'll have to make the transfer in Albuquerque (this is Southwest, after all. Few direct flights.) He's been through that airport before, though, and he'll stay in the dorm the extra nights so we don't have to worry about sending an 18-year-old to a cheap hotel. It's easier than a hotel, costs a little less, but it will give him a little more time to see how the dorm life works and think about what to take along.

Off to bed. Up early to dust. And finish a bunch of work for work while I await the delivery.
