A day at work eating everything in sight (which luckily included a fair amount of fruit) and not walking far... although I did walk home from the station - first time in a few months. Obviously I'm getting better, although still can't afford to overdo it or I'll be flat on my back for a month again... slow but sure!

Busy driving a poorly friend around, so not getting a great deal of walking done. Or sewing... or decluttering, but it's good spending time with him and his mum, helping him with his problems. Makes mine look like a walk in the park.
