You misunderstand. If you take elixir that was made by someone other than you or your wife (wyfe) it is THEN that you will slide all around the place. You could even cause your great-great-great grandmother to find herself in a "delicate way" and end up your own great-great uncle! It's a slippery thing if not done (and downed!) correctly.
