They were selling some beautiful malarkey today at the Farmers' Market. One of the farmers gave me a bag of it and I took it home to have with dinner tonight. It was crisp and fresh and tastes a bit like arugula, but with a kind of tingly aftertaste. I didn't see Rapaire there, though. I think he grows his own in his backyard, but it is a different strain, more pungent. Too bad, because the organic stuff is much better for him. I think it cures infections.
