Totally off subject 'cos its in Wales but I have just had the immense pleasure of riding on the newest extension of the Welsh Highland Railway and the scenery is stunning.

This is the section to Pont Croesor opened at the end of May. Next year it joins up with the Ffestiniog Railway at Porthmadog giving a total run of some 44 miles

Google street view at Porthmadog station shows the new track sharing the road bridge and as a bonus there is a train waiting to leave the station :-)
