As an aside, I've wondered about the power of a posh accent combined with blatant lying. I'd LOVE to see some undercover OP's from newspapers involving faux posh totty who are in 'awkward' situations blagging their way out of it with nothing more than a public school accent and a few discreet name-drops.
After all, isn't that the way that sort get legitimately hired? ;-)
