Hi all

Kendall is just now in Mass General awaiting another operation to open up his airway, which, despite Dr Z's best efforts, has started closing up again.

It seems that this can happen as a result of the radiation that Kendall had some years back added to the lack of real framework in the area. Dr Z says that this is a procedure that may have to be repeated occasionally for the future.

He's due to be operated on at 8.00 this morning so good thoughts would be appreciated right now.

Funny thing - he's back on the same ward and in the same room and bed as was the case when he had the major surgery earlier this year. He even has the same nurse, who greeted us both with a hug!
