Actually, in some parts of the world, dogs are a perfectly acceptable meat source, and jokes about cats being served in restaurants are multicultural. (Have you seen Sweeney Todd?) I grant you, this song isn't in the best taste, but some of the funniest songs I know are gross, and parody, by it's very nature, is rife with stereotype. Don't give the silly thing more power than it actually has.
