Picture this, over 65 out of a job but actively looking for one in I.T. (FAT CHANCE) anyway do you get a pension, or Job seekers allowance and all the other benefits that go with it ? OR do THEY force you to retire. Then you take them to a tribunal for ageism.... Hmmm this is a real can of worms.
