For the first time in years - decades - I did not manage even a fleeting visit to Sidmouth, due to emergency requirements for babysitting - and I did get to see some of my grandson's first attempts at walking, which is, I suppose a once in a lifetime event.

Ah well - there is always next year, and I am glad to read that a really good time was there to be enjoyed.
