According to my Torygraph the RSPCA are looking into nthat case with a view to possible prosecotion for cruelty .
Incidentally the cat was recovered unhaharmed after being in the Wheelie bin for fifteen hours ! I personally would be only too pleased to help stuff that woman in a wheelie bin for a day or so !
