Wow!!!! I've been "hearing" that song in my mind all morning long.... As I recall it was popular around 1936.

As I read the lyrics (above) it ALL came back... I'll brag a bit --- that's not bad for an 83 year old geezer.........and I know where I parked my car this morning too........... ain't forgot too much so far.
