Sorry to disagree, but I don't think the fest itself caters at all for impromptu events.

The sesh at the Woodman was initiated by us [Mr H & Gloom Band] - also similarly at the Frankwell Wheatsheaf or other pubs would've been started up by other fringe groups/ individuals
