Walk home from doctor's had my hips seizing up. Took me 3x as long to get home....

... and as your body told you, that was too much too soon. One step at a time means one BABY step at a time-- you are worth the careful approach to progress. If you don't think so even for a moment (look out now), remember that you are Andie's living memorial. Please, plan for the long haul.
