Oh, my. There is one full episode to view, of Adella and Teri. Oklahoma and Hawaii. Heartbreaking stories. I had a friend who I think would have been diagnoses a hoarder. We went through her house and cleared out a lot, not against her will, but by putting extreme pressure on her (it was a fire hazard). The piles built up again around her bed, in the living room, because she was barely ambulatory, but we were able to tackle it every so often. She died 20 years ago and I still think about how she lived and would never want to repeat it. These two in the Hoarders program are pretty darned ill.

Life must be hell for the spouses and kids.
