This is the house I have my eye on most of all. I'm shortly going to ring and book a viewing for Friday lunchtime/afternoon (it's about 2.5 or 3 hours drive from here, depending on the traffic on the A1). There are 2 others in the village, but this one really appeals, and it is a second home, so no upward chain!

On the subject of hoarding - it's a good job there's a joiner in the village I'm aiming at, because I have a wall of books to accommodate!
