Secondly, the Bush folks left so many spending bills on the horizon that were going to kick in after Bush left that whomever was going to vbe the next president was going to have to deal with an economic minefield... These defefits were predicted 4 years ago... Oral Roberts hisself couldn't have cahnged that...
