That's very sensible, SRS. For some reason, we have always wound up with our heads pointed to the north in bedrooms since moving back west in 1993. It's what *feels* right and has been where we had a clear view of the door and whatever/whomever might be coming through. Rog still was gone for months at a time back then, working, so I understand. Oh, also about the treasures. I've got stuff I still haven't decided what to do with (how's that for sentence structure?!) And, I know there's more where it came from.:-)

Alice, that's good news about Etsy and your store looks great! I wasn't quite sure what they accepted as "vintage" and would like to keep things in one spot, too, so may follow your lead. Thanks for the tip about name, etc. Those moccasins are beautiful! I received some bookseller news a while back from Biblio which said collectors are really into "pictorial" book covers, old books with vivid colour cover illustrations. I have a lot of them and have been wanting a place to sell them just for the covers alone, if nothing else. Maybe I will look into etsy for such a thing as well as all the toher treasures I have in drawers and such.
