Pleased to say the festival was a success: numbers weren't down - we feared that the economic climate would give us problems but not so. Final concert attendance is often reduced by early leavers. School starting in September affects this to a degree. We feel this caused some reduction in 'youth' this year. However, the New Generation Concert was as strong as ever compered by the gorgeous and talented Niamh Boadle.

And the Urban Folk Quartet...What a performance.
