You think that kids learn by osmosis, being in luxurious classrooms, is anything more than some contractor getting greased, by some politician that he corrupted to get a project like that, well go ahead and think that. Loony bins are filled with that kind of thinking, and probably at taxpayers expense, as well. It's ALL government waste, at the behest of crooked business!
