C      Em             F       G7
Autumn days when the grass is jewelled
         C      Em    F         G7
And the silk inside a chestnut shell
C          Em             F            C
Jet planes meeting in the air to be refuelled
          D7             G7
All these things I love so well.

                C                C7   F    Dm   G7
So I mustn't forget. No I mustn't forget.
   C      Em       F          G7         C
To say a great big thank you, I mustn't forget.

C                Em               F       G7
Clouds that look like familiar faces
             C       Em             F          G7
and a winter's moon with frosted rings.
C             Em             F                C
Smell of bacon as I fasten up my laces
                  D7                   G7
and the song the milkman sings.

Ch
C                  Em                F            G7
Whipped up spray that is rainbow-scattered
             C       Em       F         G7
And a swallow curving in the sky.
C             Em                               F                               C
Shoes so comfy though they're worn-out and they're battered
                  D7                G7
And the taste of apple pie.

Ch

C            Em                         F                G7
Scent of gardens when the rain's been falling
            C         Em       F          G7
And a minnow darting down a stream.
C             Em                            F                   C
Picked-up engine that's been stuttering and stalling
          D7                      G7
And a win for my home team
