Best version of "Parcel of Rogues" I ever heard was by Steeleye Span: saw it sung live on stage - in Edinburgh - in 1972, as part of the musical version of "Kidnapped"; it then went on to one of their LPs. We were on holiday in Edinburgh at the time: little did we think that we would eventually come to live here ( in 1986) and stay on - and on - and on !!
