The guitar nipple syndrome can be avoided by using a cutaway guitar. If you are right-handed, buy a cutaway guitar for left-handers. If you're picky, ask the luthier of your choice to blend a left- and a right-handed instrument. Now, if you actually need those high notes, let your left breast drop on the strings. This however may cause guitar breast weals - no cure is without side effects.
