I had trouble with a different program this evening. So far this one is working like usual.

I decluttered the fridge of two large cauliflower heads this evening. It was buy one get one free, and I knew I couldn't eat that much at a stretch but I hated to leave one behind, so I pulled out the Blue Book to see what it said about freezing cauliflower. I scalded florets for about 4 minutes (not letting it quite boil) and then cooled and bagged and it's in the freezer.

I'm supposed to finish a poster but I'm tired. I think I'll get up early to work on it instead of nodding over the keyboard tonight.
