The loo is clean enough now to photo-shoot, and as I do each section of the kitchen it will be snapped, too.

A, I will get pix for promotion.
B, I will get surfaces clean enough for the PAID cleaning lady to maintain.
C, some of this work is also paint-prep.

I would not SHOW it in this condition, but I can catch the pix while the surfaces are neat and clean enough to photograph adequately-- and I will not slow down long enough to afford a great camera that would show ALL the flyspecks!

Example, the montage pix MG could/did not see-- in person I see dirt on the rug and have negotiated a bartered cleaning with Jess and Matt. In the photos I see light and color, and how NOT to leave a space at move-out.

So the first pix today will be ydy's loo-cleaning, before it gets any messier and before I vacuum (it will HURT). The next will be shared kitchen spaces: microwave, sink, stovetop, counterspace, first.

THEN after the kitchen is up to the loo's condition they will be vac'd together, because they are one continuous floor-space with a connecting hallway that stops at the door to the LR area.

I know where a subletter's kitchen stuff will go too, and I'll clear/clean/snap that next.
