Oh...and I have to add that with all this talk about a rental space, I've started thinking about renting out our little cabin in the woods. We hardly ever get there anymore and it's perfect for those wanting to fish a nearby famous fishing creek, close to snowmobile trails and state game lands for hunting. Hmmm. We had a serious conversation about it on the way home tonight and I've got a timeline in mind. It's not going to be residential but more of a vacation spot..hand built log cabin (made from logs just down the road), a hand dug mini-pond...electricty, woodstove but no running water...there is, however, an outhouse complete with skylights!

Previous conversations were more along the lines of let's sell it but 2 or 3 weeks of rental fees would more than pay for the taxes and insurance...Hmmmm.....
