According to Allmusic.com, Priscilla Herdman did indeed record OLD WOOLEY, but it was on her album "The Priscilla" (1977). They attribute it to Don Lange.

It also says Lesley Schatz recorded OLD WOOLEY on her album "Walls, Hearts & Heroes" (Bear Family Records, 1992), but it has no sample nor songwriter credit, so I can't confirm it's the same song.
