I've got my left-handed five string... ( also a left-handed trumpet)

I have the 20kg of ginger- 4 5kg bags. Is that going to be enough, or should I try to get more?

I'll be doing a violin sort at the Getaway, trying to figure out which ones to fix, which ones to keep, and which ones to sell. Kibbitzers welcome.
