Dan: For a while the Scientology oprganization put out a booklet called "The Way To Happiness" which was full of ordinary little homilies guiding people to live happier lives--nothing weird, just stuff like "Brush your teeth", "Talk to your parents", "Try to see the other guy's viewpoint" and other such advice. Good advice but nothing new about any of it, really. Anyway, I believe that for a while the Deering people were tucking them into the banjos. I never saw this, myself, but I have heard of it from someone or other.
