It's always been of interest to me to know how people met their spouse or if not married, how you met your boyfriend/girlfriend you are currenty with?

I guess a lot of people meet on-line these days at dating sites but probably people still meet at work, college, clubs, church, etc.

So I just am curious where people meet each other and if on-line dating seems to be the most popular place to meet one another.

For example, if you met at college, how exactly did you meet? Were you introduced or sat near each other in a class?

Or if met a church, was it in a singles group you were involved with at your church, or did you meet because you were both in the choir?

If you met at a party or bar/pub how exactly did you meet? Were you introduced or just standing near each other in the bar and started a conversation? Did you ask for the person's phone # right away or only after runnng into each other at the same place a lot?

So, to anyone who would like to respond to this thread, be specific on exactly how you met your spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend.
