If you're interested in 'dissident' folk (to borrow from the psych thread) you shouldn't go far wrong in checking out King: his arrangements are impressive and innovative IMO. I don't dig his singing though (too derivative for my tastes) so despite other attractions and a real respect for his approach, for me his work is missing something too central to make me a full on fan.
