Mick, I know how a lot of folks feel about these kinds of threads, but you are way off the mark when it comes to Will, imo. And, I, for one, want to know if a friend is leaving...I'd much rather that than be left to wonder. Sometimes, it is a lot easier for folks to do that in a thread, rather than a bunch of PMs. I don't think Will has any "ulterior motives" in mind.
