I assume that "On Morecambe Bay" would not be considered for BBC Folk Awards Song of the Year because it "only" appeared on a locally produced cd. Mores the pity!
However, Christy Moore is now singing it in concerts and others will follow.
BTW, Vin Garbutt should consider this song. I'm sure Vin's intense delivery would really suit this number.
