Now, take the advice you've already been given, look into more information, etc. If nothing else, it will give you something to focus on. Fgawdssakes, do cry - you can't keep that stuff bottled up or you'll get sick from the stress, but cry privately. There's no need to prove how strong you are when there are no witnesses.
