I had this awhilem back and it IS a real problem.

Tried everything recommended; the soda can. the orthotics, etc etc.

Good 'ol Dr. Scholls wooden clogs saved the day, after so long that I was walking on the outside of my feet.

A catalog gadget helped, too.
