why should people who took no part in wrong financial decisions be responsible for other peoples mistakes.
if a brick layer builds a house, and fails to use the correct method of laying bricks so that the house is structurally weak and collapses,   would you ask the local bank manager to pay for the bricklayers mistakes?would you tell the local postman and the road sweeper and the vet that they had to pay higher taxes and could not retire until they were 62, because of the bricklayers bad building?
