A possible difficulty with any commercializing of sows' milk might be the extent to which pigs can be infected by virtually any human diseases or parasites. Extreme (relative to common agricultural) sanitary restrictions would likely be required.

This was apparently at least one of the factors in shutting down this li'l ol' cheese maker not very long ago.
