You know it seems harmless, they just want to look at your gas bill but they are actually taking your account number when they do that ... hence they switch you after they leave.. I knew exactly what he was trying to do .. I guess this company had 115 lawsuits after them in New York alone. Hope the cops had a talk with him. I also have lots of elderly around my neighborhood.
