I am now the proud owner of a terraced house in Northumberland!
I have also de-cluttered my credit cards with the sudden influx of funds, so for the moment I am debt free!

I'm picking up the keys on Monday, and plan to spend a few days next week up and down the A1, bending the cards again with diesel refills for the Volvo, and carting the stuff that couldn't go into storage up north - including the cat! I plan to take him up on Friday, and perhaps spend the weekend there. I will have to see if they can deliver my stuff the following week. It will give me chance to maybe sort out any problems before the place fills up.
