Part of my exercise is working for the guests in my house, several of whom will arrive late Monday night in time for me to leave town Tuesday. Dog-prep on that short-order basis is complicated and will take me outdoors today. Baby-prep will take me up several different flights of stairs. Couple-prep will take me all over the house and may involve a rearrange of the LR (weight lifting!). Slow and steady, that's my motto-- and I am really almost ready and quite relaxed about it all.

The best news-- she grew up on a farm and is not worried about farmland-type dust, and-- here's the kicker-- they love HOCKEY!
