My fridge is cleaner after a flurry of cooking and tossing yesterday. I have a casserole for meals this week and maybe taking a dish of it to work for a couple of folks who love eggplant.

The Secret Santa list is growing. This is going to be a low-tech operation; I'm saving names in the left-hand side of a two column table. I'll print out two copies of the list and cut up one of them. I'll work my way down the intact copy of the list, placing folks for the matchup, and tape them down once it all fits. I suspect this long thing is going to live taped to the closet door in my office for the next few months. :)
